Nauman Khurshid, MD, received his MD degree from Quaid-E-Azam Medical College in Pakistan, and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Currently, Dr Khurshid is a Clinical Instructor and training as a fellow in our MFM fellowship program.

Dan Mandel, MD

Dan Mandel, MD, earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia, and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. Currently, Dr Mandel is a Clinical Instructor and training as a fellow in our MFM fellowship program.

C. Kevin Huls, MD

C Kevin Huls, MD earned his medical degree at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Bayfront Medical Center in Saint Petersburg, Florida. He did his Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training from 2005 – 2008 at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. After completing his fellowship, Dr Huls joined the Phoenix Perinatal Associates group in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jeff Denney, MD

Jeff Denney, MD, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After completing his fellowship and master's degree, he accepted a position as faculty at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC.

Chanel T. Tyler, MD, earned her medical degree at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts. She completed her Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. Currently, Dr Tyler is enrolled in the UW SMPH Endocrinology & Reproductive Physiology Program as a PhD student, and is working on her doctoral degree.

Igor Iruretagoyena, MD

J Igor Iruretagoyena, MD, earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela – Escuela Jose Maria Vargas in Caracas, Venezuela, and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale University Medical School in Connecticut. He did his Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training from 2007 – 2009; 2010 – 2011 at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. After completing his fellowship, Dr Iruretagoyena accepted a faculty position with us here at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Heather Bankowski, DO

Heather Bankowski, DO, earned her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. She did her Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training from 2008 – 2011 at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin. After completing her fellowship, Dr Bankowski accepted a faculty position at Rush University.
