Obstetrics & Gynecology


The UW Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers comprehensive obstetrical services. The physicians deliver approximately 800 babies per year at all hospitals in Madison. Our services include: 

  • general and high risk obstetrics
  • pre-conception counseling and screening
  • contraceptive management (birth control)
  • infertility evaluation and treatment
  • obstetrical consultative services
